Technical features: Pre dispersed 80/SBR is one of the components of the resorcinol/formaldehyde/white carbon black bonding system. During the processing, it can be combined with formaldehyde donors (such as HEXA-80 or RA-65) to form a resorcinol formaldehyde resin system that bonds rubber to fabric or steel cord. This system is suitable for bonding various rubber and reinforcement materials, such as fibers, glass fibers, and metals (such as steel cord). Normally, thin structured resorcinol tends to adhere to equipment during mixing and is not easily dispersed evenly.

However, due to the use of carrier styrene butadiene rubber for pre dispersion, pre dispersed resorcinol 80/SBR is easy to mix and will not clump under normal storage conditions; Good fluidity, no dust flying, no feeding loss, easy to eat and evenly dispersed in various rubber materials, ensuring the optimal activity of the effective component resorcinol. It is recommended to add it at the end of mixing. Dosage: 2-4 phr.
